Terms of Service

Your purchase of a Flower Store In a Box website is subject to the published Terms and Conditions at www.enflexion.com.au

In addition the following are included in this Terms of Service for Flower Store In a Box:

  • The Flower Store In a Box Logo must be displayed prominently on the website, this is a mandatory requirement of using Flower Store In a Box, a logo less version is available for an additional fee.
  • All software code, and associated programming code is expressly owned by enflexion.
  • Flower Store In a Box is only hosted on an approved web server by enflexion.
  • Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the software will work on every browser, no guarantee is provided for browser compatibility outside of the current version of Safari (Mac & Windows), Internet Explorer Versions 7 & 8, the current version of Mozilla (Firefox), Google Chrome and the Current Version of Google Chrome.  enflexion will at it's discretion upgrade parts of the software where newer versions of browsers have been released and their are incompatibities.
