Do I need a Credit Card Merchant Account?

No, if you do not have a credit card merchant account you can use Paypal for accepting Credit Card payments instead. You can also invoice people and have a Tax Invoice sent to their email address for payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.

What Credit Card Payment Gateways does the software Use?

You can choose between a couple of Online Payment Gateways, including eWay, DPS, Paypal and Net Registry. You will still need to have a merchant account set up with your financial institution. Each company has it’s own payment structure for accepting credit cards online, from a single fee per transaction to a percentage of the sale.

What if I already have an online Payment Gateway Account?

Depending on who the account is with, we may be able to integrate it into our software free of charge. Otherwise there may be a small fee to integrate the account.

What other Payment Options Can I accept?

You can accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Coupons and Credit Notes (both of which you have to generate yourself in the back office software).
