Can I host my software with company XYZ?

No, you must host your website through our web hosting company. You still have full access to your website and if required you can also have FTP access. However we do not provide support for your account if you have opted for FTP access.

How many email accounts can I have on my account?

You can have up to five email accounts for a standard account and unlimited for a gold account. We usually suggest that you set up a couple so you can manage your business better.

Yes your account does include email addresses and we are happy to help you set these up.

Tell me about your data centre and data back up?

We use a Sydney based data centre which is internationally recognized. The data centre is used by tens of thousands of small business clients along with many hundreds of individual web hosts and other technology businesses. The data centre and your site content is backed up every twelve hours.
