Getting started with the new badges is easy, and it's a great way to showcase your Google ranking and reviews. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of this tool:
- Prerequisites: Before using this tool, ensure that you've already claimed your Google Business listing and are actively seeking reviews. If you haven't done this yet, refer to our guides "Claim your Google Business Listing" and "Automate Asking for Google Reviews."
- Enable Google Reviews Request: If you're already using the Google Reviews request feature in the dashboard, you're one step ahead. You just need to choose the type of badge you want.
- Access the Tool: Go to your Myweblogin dashboard and navigate to Marketing & SEO > Marketing Tools > Google Reviews on Website.
- Google Places ID: If you have a Google Places ID, it will be pre-filled. If not, you can obtain it by visiting this link: Google Places ID Finder. This ID uniquely identifies your business location.
- Choose Layout: Select a layout type for the reviews panel. You can opt for a panel with or without customer photos. The photos and data are directly sourced from Google, so you don't need to worry about managing them.
- Review Display: Currently, the tool displays the most recent four reviews. However, keep an eye out for our premium version in the future, which will allow more reviews to be synced.
- Badges: You also have the option to include a small badge on your website that highlights your Google star rating and the total number of reviews.
- Implementation: To add either the reviews panel or the badge to your website, follow the steps above. Once done, please reach out to our support team, and they will assist in implementing these elements on your website.
By following these steps, you'll be able to seamlessly integrate the Google ranking and reviews display onto your website, enhancing your online reputation and boosting customer trust.
