The Telephone Ordering System is a streamlined, tablet-friendly interface inside your dashboard. It gives you one simple page for capturing all the details of a phone or walk-in order, while still applying the same business rules and integrations as online sales.

You can quickly look up existing customers (with past order history), or add a new customer on the spot. Products can be searched across your entire catalog, or you can add generic items such as ?$100 Florist Choice.? Credit notes and member discounts are applied automatically, keeping orders consistent with your customer database.

The system also supports both in-store pickups and deliveries. For pickups, delivery fields are removed and replaced with simple contact details and pickup time options. For deliveries, costs are calculated automatically based on your suburb rules, with weekend/date surcharges applied as needed ? and you can override costs for special cases.

Payments are just as flexible. You can process cards through your integrated payment gateway, or record in-store card and cash transactions while still keeping everything inside your dashboard.

By removing cut-off times and suburb restrictions for manual entries, the system gives florists complete flexibility to handle exceptions while keeping all sales ? online, phone, and in-store ? unified in one place. Customer lookup (prefill billing; view history)

Searching for existing customers is easy or you can add a new customer as you create the order.

For existing customers you are also able to quickly view their past orders all in one spot.

The software integrates with credit notes for customers and will also calculate members discounts as well.

You can now search for a product by name and view all your product categories in on easy spot. When you search for a product the results will be show on the screen as you type.

Adding a generic product

You can create a generic product for example if someone calls in and wants $100 of florist choice flowers!

In-store pickup flow (strip delivery fields; pickup time options)

If you choose the In Store Pickup, the screen will remove all the delivery address information and just ask for the customer`s & nbsp;name and the customer`s & nbsp;pickup name / phone number.

It also integrates with the pickup time options, and these are based on your new pickup date and times.

This activates when you choose the pickup date

Delivery flow (auto-calc costs; weekend/date surcharges; override allowed)

When you choose delivery and enter the address the software will automatically calculate the delivery cost for you.

You also have the option of choosing delivery times the same as your website and you can have internal only delivery costs as well.

You can also overwrite the delivery cost if you need to charge something totally custom for a specific order!

Also integrates with weekend or date surcharges

Accept payments via gateway or record in-store cash/card

You can choose to enter the credit card and use your payment gateway on the website, or accept payment in store by card or cash, and still process the order! You can also create a & nbsp;customer account to follow up later.

Bypass website cutoffs/suburb restrictions for controlled exceptions

If you need certain orders to override standard delivery cutoffs or suburb restrictions when necessary. Manual order gives you flexibility to handle special cases, ensuring important orders can still be fulfilled without affecting regular restrictions.
