If you use couriers, you can connect directly with services like The Courier App, Go People, Sherpa, ZippyKind, or Detrack and see real-time updates flow straight back into your dashboard. Prefer in-house drivers? Simply assign jobs with a tap and track each handoff until the flowers are in the customer’s hands.

Advanced Workflow enables you to allocate orders to specific florists, locations, and drivers.

Order statuses: Printed, Relayed, On Route, Delivered (custom emails)

You can then change the status according to your internal processes:

Printed if you print the order for fulfillment

Relayed If you have sent this order to another florist for the making

On Route if the order has been made and is on route the recipient

Delivered when the order has been delivered

Edit order delivery details (address, dates)

Quite often the delivery details for an order will need to be changed, the recipient may not be working that day or the address may be wrong.  You can edit the order easily and change the delivery details.

Add internal notes to orders

Keep track of important details by adding private notes to orders. Internal notes are visible only to your team, making it easy to share updates, reminders, or special instructions without affecting customer-facing information.

Printable card messages (name, phone, address, card text)

A new feature especially for florists is the card printing feature where we can assist you setting up a card print design with the card message, recipient name / phone and address.  This is especially useful if you have a busy online florist and dont have time to hand write the cards.

Role-specific dashboards (mobile-friendly) for florists/drivers

Different User Roles will have different dashboard screens to limit what they can see and do.

  • When the order is placed: & nbsp;Customers receive an email Tax Invoice by default, and you can also send an SMS confirmation for instant reassurance.
  • Order available for pickup today (when made): & nbsp;In the advanced workflow, marking an order as ?Made? can trigger a notification to let the customer know it?s ready for collection.
  • Order on-route: & nbsp;As soon as a driver or courier picks up the order, an automated SMS or email can be sent to say it?s on the way.
  • Order delivered: & nbsp;When an order is marked Delivered in the dashboard (by you, a driver, or a courier integration), a confirmation message goes straight to the customer.
  • Pre-order reminders: & nbsp;On the morning of a pre-booked delivery or pickup, the system can automatically send an SMS letting the customer know their order will arrive or be available today.

These notifications are short, clear, and configurable. You can add your own wording, brand voice, or even a shortened link to a delivery information page (via a service like & nbsp; Bitly ) to provide more detail. Emails are included at no cost, and SMS is billed per message.

In the advanced workflow, marking an order as "Made" can trigger a notification to let the customer know it`s ready for collection.

There is a new report called Failed Orders where you can view orders that have not been successful, this report is useful is someone calls you and says they were unable to complete their order online and you want to assist them in completing the order.

You can export order data in CSV format from your website dashboard to import into your financial systems.
