To Start off go to Settings then Email & Site Notifications in your website dashboard.
You will see a number of different emails simply click the email to edit the content.
To turn on order notifications go to Settings :: Ordering Settings.
Then turn on the Notifications and add a subject for the emails.
The emails are a great way to have a conversation with your customers. The order notification emails are also an important way of clear communication with a customer who is unlikely to know whether the product has been delivered or not.
