Have you customized your email notifications

Did you know that your Flower Store In a Box website has the ability to customize the email notifications that are sent to your customers?

It’s a fantastic way to create a more personal experience for them.

You can add custom text for:

  • Welcome Email
  • Checkout Page

Depending on your account type you may also have access to email notifications for order workflow including:

  • Printed
  • On Route
  • Delivered

Getting Started with Email Notifications

To Start off go to Settings then Email & Site Notifications in your website dashboard.

You will see a number of different emails simply click the email to edit the content.

To turn on order notifications go to Settings :: Ordering Settings.

Then turn on the Notifications and add a subject for the emails.

Notes about Emails

The emails are a great way to have a conversation with your customers.  The order notification emails are also an important way of clear communication with a customer who is unlikely to know whether the product has been delivered or not.
