An important note on user security, your website dashboard can have as many users as you would like.
If you have multiple people looking up orders, taking orders on the dashboard or editing details you should set up a unique user login for each user.
This is extremely easy to do and if they leave your employment you can then delete their access.
To find the users for your dashboard go to the Settings Menu and Select Admin Users
To add a user click the blue button. Then enter the user’s email address and click Create User. Choose the type of user IE if they manage the entire site choose Webmaster, otherwise choose Florist.
It’s a good idea if there are a lot of different people who do manage your website or manage the orders that you do have a good process for managing users!
