Continuing our commitment to delivering regular updates and new features, we’ve recently redesigned and enhanced the Customer Portal within your dashboard.
You’ll find this updated screen under the Customers menu on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
The portal has been restructured to provide more useful information at a glance, along with several brand-new features!

Understanding the Customer Dashboard
To get the most out of this tool, it’s important to clarify the difference between a customer and a member on your site:
- Member: Someone who has joined your site—either during the checkout process (typically to access a discount if you’ve enabled that) or by signing up directly through the Members section of your website.
- Customer: Anyone who has made a purchase, regardless of whether they joined as a member.

If you're looking for a specific order, it’s often quicker to search via the View Pending orders section. The member count displayed in the dashboard reflects those who have joined the website specifically.
Outstanding Credit Notes
This shows the total value of unused credits that have been issued to members but not yet redeemed.

You can also click through to view a full list of members who currently have credits available to spend.

Locked Accounts
Our system includes automatic account locking to protect against too many failed login attempts—this helps prevent “credential stuffing” attacks and protects users' personal data.

If a customer calls saying their account is locked, simply click into the Locked Accounts list to unlock them.

Member Levels
This section displays all the member levels in use on your website, along with how many members belong to each level and the percentage breakdown.

Top Ten Customers
This shows your top ten customers based on total purchase value.

If a customer is also a member, you’ll see an account icon next to their name. You can click their name to view full customer details (if they are a member), or past orders only (if they are not).
Updated Search
We’ve enhanced the free-text search functionality in the customer dashboard to deliver more accurate results.
You can now search by name, email address, or phone number with improved accuracy.
Searching and Sorting Members
Keep in mind: the member search only searches users who have signed up as members.
You can now sort the member list by:
- Company Name
- Number of Orders
This makes it easier to find high-value or potentially inactive members.
Spam and Fake Members
Even with Google reCAPTCHA enabled, some spam or fake sign-ups may still get through.
Under the Options menu, you’ll find two helpful tools:
- Delete Probable Spam
- Delete Duplicates
These tools are helpful, but not perfect. If you’re experiencing a large number of spam sign-ups, feel free to contact us and we can assist you in cleaning up your member list.
Coming Soon
We’re working on expanding the Marketing Automation features to include:
- More members automatically added to your marketing list
- New Marketing Automation Profiles
- Integration with SMS marketing tools to help you connect with more customers
Stay tuned for these upcoming enhancements designed to help you grow your customer base and boost sales.
