We’re excited to announce updates to the existing features of our dashboard, including enhanced user tracking and more accurate sales conversion rates and introducing a significant visual update to the dashboard experience, starting with a trial of a new header design. To begin with you can view this updated design and data in the dashbard under Orders :: Dashboard. However we will be adoping this dashboard page as the main screen in the coming weeks.
Behind the scenes, we’re continually refining and optimizing our processes to enhance efficiency and deliver a more seamless experience. If you’re familiar with tools like Google Analytics for site conversions, some of this data may already feel familiar.
Together with the new header, this marks the beginning of our streamlined Business Application journey.
Updated Dashboard
We’ve transformed the eCommerce dashboard to provide a more intuitive and insightful experience, tailored to meet your needs. The redesigned interface offers a cleaner layout, enhanced usability, and a focus on delivering key metrics at a glance.
From the moment you log in, you'll have access to information such as the total number of transactions, average transaction value, site visitors, sales conversion rate, products sold, and the average number of products per order. Whether you’re tracking a surge in product sales or analyzing delivery trends across different locations, the new dashboard ensures you’re always informed.
To help you dive deeper into your website’s performance, we’ve also included insights on referring websites and your most popular pages. This enables you to understand where your traffic is coming from and which areas of your site are engaging customers the most. Additionally, all this data is now more flexible and can be sorted by various timeframes, including today, week-to-date, month-to-date, calendar year, financial year, or custom ranges.
Sales Conversion Rate Accuracy
Orders :: Dashboard
This data is now more accurate than ever, providing a clearer picture of your site’s performance. Previously, we tracked all page views and visits, including those from bots and automated traffic. With our new machine learning algorithms, we’ve filtered out most automated traffic, focusing on genuine human visitors.
Our findings show that automated traffic can make up over 90% of visits, so this change offers a much clearer view of true user engagement.

We’ll continue improving our traffic filtering to exclude even more automated traffic, providing increasingly accurate results.
User Tracking
The platform logs every user visit to your site, providing a detailed flow of how they interact with your pages
We’ve made this data even more accessible by introducing a visual flow chart. This new tool shows the customer journey starting from their entry source, such as:
- Bing
- Unknown
- Direct
You can track their entire journey through your website. This feature helps you identify any checkout issues, such as restrictions based on delivery cut-off times or date restrictions for certain products. You’ll even be able to see the exact error message displayed to customers at checkout.
This is especially useful if a customer contacts you about issues with completing an order online. You’ll be able to pinpoint the problem immediately.
How to View User Tracking
- Go to Orders :: View Pending Page
- Search by the date of the order, or use predefined options like Today, This Week, etc.
- Locate the order and click the grey “User Tracking” button.
