There is a the Beta Release of our new Products Module in the dashboard to better allow customers to manage their product catalogue.

You can access the Beta Release by clicking the option in the Left Hand Side Menu that says “Beta Release”   You can still use the existing product module until we move the new release the finalized feature.

In our never ending work to make it easier for our customers to manage their business we are streamlining the product management into one screen and making it easier to use.

New UX Design to Search / Sort & Manage Products

All of your options for managing products are now available in one main menu along the top of the screen.

Sort your products by:

  • Product Category (Collection)
  • Out of Stock Products
  • Products in no category
  • Products that have been deleted

Inventory

Inventory is now easier and integrated with the main product data.  You can quickly sort your products by inventory status of:

  • Tracked Products (products that have inventory numbers)
  • Untracked Products
  • Low Stock (less than 5 items left)
  • Products with no stock left.

In addition when you edit your product you can edit the inventory numbers in the one screen.

And inventory is now shown when you view the products in a category or product sort.

Product Settings

We have moved the product settings so they are accessible from the product screen.

Product Sales Report

You can quickly generate a product sales report for a day or date range to see which products are your most popular

Product Options

Easily link to product feeds for marketing and exporting product data.

Updated Product Form

One area we have done a lot of work on is the way the form for adding / editing products is laid out.  We have substantially altered the order in which data is entered.

We have also added helpful tips to the side of the form so you can quickly be reminded of what you need to enter.

We have hidden a lot of the more advanced options in adding the product data, it’s still there you just need to toggle the form to see more details.

The form will initially show only the first price option point and when editing will show each price point.  You can add more price points by clicking the option to do so.

As we mentioned before inventory is now a bigger focus in the dashboard and you can edit the inventory levels really easily.

We moved the SEO tools and options to the bottom of the form as we consider these to be important but mainly used by more advanced customers.

We hope these changes make it quicker and easier for you to add and edit your products!
