We’re excited to announce that the 2025 Christmas banners are now available, and even better, they’re launching as part of a brand-new system for choosing, customising, and managing banners inside your Flower Store In a Box dashboard.
Over the past few months we’ve been incredibly busy building the first stage of the Intelligent FSIAB Assistant. Instead of browsing banners on our blog and submitting a support request, you can now select a banner, customise the wording, choose your dates, and publish it directly to your website.
We had hoped the Assistant would be even more advanced by this release, but moving from a traditional forms-based system to a fully AI-assisted platform is a major shift. This is the first of many features that will significantly improve the way you manage your website.
Because Flower Store In a Box focuses exclusively on the florist eCommerce market, we’re able to build tools that are highly relevant to florists — features designed specifically to support your day-to-day business.

1. Show Your Current Banner Settings
Summary:
Quickly view the banner currently displayed on your website as well as your standard/default banner. Perfect for checking what’s live before scheduling new seasonal banners.
What this option does:
• Shows your active banner
• Shows your fallback standard banner
• Helps avoid accidental overlaps

2. Choose a Banner and Customise It From Our Library
Summary:
Browse our full banner library, choose a design, customise the wording if you wish, set the start and end dates, and publish with one click.
How it works:
1. Choose the banner category
2. Browse the banner options
3. Decide whether to use the design “as is” or customise the text
4. Enter your start and end dates
5. Preview the banner
6. Publish instantly
This option replaces:
✔️ Looking at banners on our blog
✔️ Creating a support request
✔️ Waiting for a manual update

3. Upload Your Own Banner Image
Summary:
Use your own custom-designed banner instead of one from the library.
What to know:
• Upload your own banner file
• Make sure the image is at least 2000px wide to avoid blurriness
• You can still schedule start and end dates
• Your uploaded banner becomes your active banner immediately once published
This option is perfect if you have in-house designers or use external graphic design services.

4. Delete a Scheduled Banner
Summary:
Remove a scheduled or active seasonal banner and instantly revert back to your standard banner.
Ideal for:
• Ending a promotion early
• Removing an outdated seasonal banner
• Fixing mistakes (wrong dates, wrong wording, etc.)
This provides much more flexibility without needing to create a support request.

🚀 How to Access the FSIAB Assistant
You’ll find the new FSIAB Assistant right in your dashboard header.
Once open, simply type:
• “banners”
• “show me banners”
• or “banner”
The Assistant will guide you step-by-step through the process.
