One of the most powerful ways to encourage customers to buy from you is through social proof, things like reviews, star ratings, social media followers, and customer engagement.
We’ve just added three new widgets to Flower Store In a Box to help you build trust and drive more sales. You can use one widget per webpage, but you’re welcome to use different widgets across different parts of your site.
Recent Orders Widget
Display the last 10 orders placed on your website. This is particularly effective during high-demand periods like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, where urgency and social validation can significantly boost conversions.
Floating Google Star Rating Badge
Show your Google star rating as a floating badge in the bottom-left corner of your site. When clicked, it links directly to your Google Reviews page.
Floating Google Reviews Carousel
This widget displays a carousel of your 10 most recent Google reviews, including customer names, review dates, star ratings, and a direct link to the full review.
These widgets and your existing Google Review integrations are excellent tools for making new customers feel confident when purchasing from your site.

How to Add These Widgets To Your Website
By default, these widgets are often displayed on *every page* of your website by placing them in the Main Template. However, you can also choose to show them only on:
- Product Pages
- SEO Suburb Landing Pages
- Your Homepage
To add a widget to your site:
1. Go to:
Design & Layout → Templates → Main Template
2. Scroll to the bottom of the template.
3. Paste the script code for the widget you want to enable.
4. Click Save and check your website for any errors.
