Did you know that you can print cards directly from your Flower Store In a Box dashboard? If not you can save yourself hours of time by printing the card messages and save yourself from some serious RSI as well!
To start with you need to have a template or an existing card to print on.
Many customers have pre-printed cards in A4 or A5 and print directly to these and then fold the paper in half and then half again.
See below image of a standard A4 printed card and the location of the cards message and the address of the recipient.
You can also have a simple design with your logo and contact details and print this to a color printer.
However I believe it’s always better to have pre-printed cards.
But if you want to get started straight away nice colored paper and a well thought out template will suffice.
Once the template is set (we can help you with this) it’s a simple matter of turning the option on under Settings :: Card Printing Settings.
Then when you want to print a card choose the pint icon for the order.
It’s that simple and will save you hours of hand writing cards!
