Reissuing Symantec SSL Certificates

Until late 2017, Flower Store In a Box has been installing Symantec SSL certificates to secure each of our client websites.

During 2017 Symantec sold their Security business to DigiCert a world leader in security and PKI solutions. Partially due to Google’s raising questions over the validity and authenticity of their web security.

This has meant that all SSL certificates issued on behalf of Symantec must be reissued or the Google Chrome Browser would cease recognizing them.

We have now completed reissuing all our customer’s SSL certificate AT NO COST to ensure Google will continue to recognize the security of our customer’s websites.

More information about this can be found here and here.
