SMS Notifications for Customers & Photos of Orders

SMS Delivery Notifications for Customers (Premium & Above)

You can now have delivery notification messages sent to the customer when you change the delivery status to Delivered.

At this time the option is only available in Australia although we expect to add more countries as requested to the dashboard.

Order SMS Notification

SMS Delivery Notifications are charged at $0.10 per notification and will be billed monthly and automatically charged to the card on file.

To start using this feature log into your dashboard under the Settings Menu choose Ordering Settings.

  • Click the Option SMS Delivery Notifications
  • Enter the message in Delivery SMS Message

Do make sure you include the name of your website in the message.

Photographs of The Orders

You can now take a picture of the order before it goes out to add to the order and to send to the customer.

Photographs of orders to customers

To turn on this feature, go to your dashboard and choose the option Ordering Settings.

Scroll down till you find the option Upload Photo, click this and then save the settings

To Upload a Photo

To take a photo in your View Orders a new button will be displayed saying Photo.

Click this button and the upload screen appears.

If you are on a mobile device you can select a photo taken

If you are on a desktop, please take the picture with your phone and email it to your desktop.

If you would like to change the status of the order at the same time choose the order status.

If you have embedded the code you can send the image in a delivery SMS, or a delivery or on router email notification.

More coming soon!

We have two more  significant future features that are being worked on for the websites and dashboard. The first will be released in late June and the second towards the end of the year.

We expect the second feature is going to be a game changer for the Australian Floristry Market.
