Why We Built It
The old forms setup had a couple of big limitations:
- We had to create the forms for you.
- Submissions were only sent via email—if an email was missed or deleted, the information was gone.
On top of that, many of you told us you wanted the ability to customise the email sent back to the customer and to make forms far more flexible, professional, and tailored to your business. The new module delivers exactly that: you design and manage forms yourself, and every submission is stored safely in your database.

What You Can Do
- Custom email responses – Write your own confirmation email back to the customer (great for giveaways and promos where you want the entered details echoed back).
- Custom thank‑you pages – Send customers to a branded page that fits your campaign.
- Email submission tracking – Every submission is saved (who, when, and what they sent). Even if you miss the email, the data is secure.
Easy‑to‑Use Form Builder

Every new form includes Name, Email, and Phone by default. From there, add as many fields as you like:
- Free text fields (single‑line)
- Free text (multi‑line) for more detail
- Checkboxes
- Radio buttons
- Date chooser
Mark any field as required to ensure you capture exactly what you need.
