Dashboard Updates | Manual Orders | Sequential IDs and More

We have been quiet for the last few months as we work very hard behind the scenes enhancing our incredible florist software.

Manual Order Updates

The Telephone Order feature in the Dashboard has had a total rebuild based on feedback from our customers.

The forms themselves have been redesigned to be more natural in the way that florists take orders in person or over the phone.  You can now add as many product as you want to the order, edit the products and overwrite existing prices.  And the big one that many people have been asking for, they now integrate fully with your existing delivery costs rules.

This is also part of our longer term strategy to rebuild the checkout experience and remove most of the billing information since it is no longer needed.

Updated Editing of Orders

We have updated the dashboard to allow you to edit not just the details of an order but the items in the order as well.  This means you now have full control over the order!

New SEO Tools

We have also released a new SEO Tool to help you create and populate Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions. The Tool allows you to create “patterns” that can then automatically be used to populate the website.

You can add SEO Patterns by:

  1. Selecting Marketing from the Main menu
  2. Clicking the menu option: SEO Patterns

It's important that you ONLY use this feature if you have not already written and created your Meta Titles and Descriptions as this will overwrite them.  You can read about writing metadata for florists here:

Sequential Invoice ID’s

If you would like to have a sequential Invoice ID for your website this is now available, simply contact us to turn this on and change the reference on your invoices

In Store Pickup Highlight

We have also updated the In Store Pickup Orders in the dashboard so they are more obvious for you and your staff when the order is listed in your dashboard.

View Failed Credit Card Report

Often when an order gets abandoned there is no information on why they have not completed the order. We have now created a date based report that you can view how many times a customer has tried to enter a credit card and it has failed. To view the Failed Credit Cards:

  1. Click the Menu Option Orders
  2. Select the Option Failed Credit Cards
  3. Choose a Date and click the button to view the failed credit cards

Updates to PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay

We announced last month that we have a new integration with PayPal and Stripe, if you haven’t already please send us your PayPal and Stripe details so we can update your website.

SMS Order Notifications

You can now receive an SMS notification when an order is received by your website.  This feature is now available for all customers on our Premium and Above Packages.  Please contact us to have this feature added to your dashboard.To turn this feature on on your dashboard:

  1. Settings
  2. SMS Notifications
  3. Enter your mobile phone number in the form and Click the Button
  4. A code will be sent to your mobile number, enter this and click the button
  5. An SMS Notification will be sent each time am order is made on your website
